By accessing or using our website (nailcrewloungecottleville.com), booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, or visiting our salon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Nail Crew Lounge provides professional nail care services, spa treatments, and a complimentary cocktail lounge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Service availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change.

3. Appointments

• Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A confirmation will be sent once your booking is accepted.
• Walk-ins: Walk-in guests are welcomed based on availability, but we recommend reservations for specific technicians or group bookings.
• Cancellations: We kindly ask at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a requirement for a deposit on future bookings.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest. Full pricing may still apply.

4. Pricing & Payment

All service prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at the salon. A gratuity may be added at your discretion. Prices do not include applicable taxes.

5. Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable for services and products at Nail Crew Lounge and have no expiration date unless required by law. Gift cards are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Any unused balance remains available for future visits. Nail Crew Lounge is not responsible for unauthorized use of gift cards.

6. Health & Safety Acknowledgment

You agree to inform our staff of any allergies, skin conditions, medical concerns, or sensitivities before receiving services. Certain treatments may not be suitable for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if we believe it may pose a health risk. Guests who are visibly intoxicated may be declined service, including alcoholic beverages.

7. Cocktail Lounge

Complimentary beverages are offered to guests of legal drinking age (21+). Nail Crew Lounge reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest. Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the premises. Consumption of alcohol is at your own risk, and we encourage responsible drinking.

8. User-Generated Content & Social Media

If you submit photos, reviews, or other content to us or our social media pages, you grant Nail Crew Lounge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing purposes. You confirm you own the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

9. Website Use

• You may not attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.
